NZ Tiny Homes was started in 2017 from a passion for tiny homes and the investment opportunity if offers. They have 3 workshops building and delivering across the North and South Island. The workshops are in New Plymouth (Strandon and Moturoa) and Christchurch (NZ Tiny Homes Mainland). Their homes are perfect investment properties for Airbnb, executive rentals, or long-term tenancies.
Building the homes in their own workshops under strict guidance from their licenced builders allows them to maintain the strictest quality standards and high-end quality finishes that make them market leaders in the tiny home market.
They deliver code-compliant properties that are ready to move in 'turn-key' to clients within on average 8-10 weeks build time.
Working closely with New Plymouth district council they have been able to streamline the build and inspection processes to ensure each home is completed and delivered with full CCC ready for immediate occupation.
