Tauranga Christmas function

Market update

Our May monthly meeting will be hosted off-site by our silver partners - Harcourts at their Tauranga central offices, corner of Third Avenue and Devonport Road. Our theme for the night is a "Market update" of the local Tauranga market. With outstanding capital growth enjoyed by members who hold properties in Tauranga, this will be a night you don't want to miss. Our evening will feature a variety of speakers including Dean Edgerton from ANZ, Nigel Guyot from Harcourts, Ross Forsyth from Prendos and Juli Tolley from Quinovic each offering their take on the current and future Tauranga market. Drinks and nibbles are being provided by Harcourts and have been made possible by the support of TPIA member Les Geraghty. This was a very popular event in 2015 so mark it in your calendars now!

Refreshing rentals

The TPIA monthly meeting 13 March 2017 will be hosted by The Flooring Room, corner Cameron Rd and 11th Ave in Tauranga. The theme is "refreshing rentals". The Flooring Room's Steve Ferris will be joined by Mark Aschoff from our national sponsor Resene. The two are putting together goody bags for members and planning a number of generous spot prizes to be given away throughout the evening. A light supper and refreshments will be served. Come along from 6pm to ask all those niggling questions about refreshing your rentals between tenancies, and go away informed and possibly enriched.
