Andrew is a property investor and has been active in the industry for nearly 20 years.

He founded Residential Property Investor Magazine. He has written two books on property investment, both National Best Sellers. 

He was President of the Auckland Property Investors Association and the National body before being appointed Executive Officer in 2013.

Has frequently appeared on television programs and documentaries and is often sought by radio stations and newspapers to share his knowledge on property investment matters.
