Market update

Our May monthly meeting will be hosted off-site by our silver partners - Harcourts at their Tauranga central offices, corner of Third Avenue and Devonport Road. Our theme for the night is a "Market update" of the local Tauranga market. With outstanding capital growth enjoyed by members who hold properties in Tauranga, this will be a night you don't want to miss. Our evening will feature a variety of speakers including Dean Edgerton from ANZ, Nigel Guyot from Harcourts, Ross Forsyth from Prendos and Juli Tolley from Quinovic each offering their take on the current and future Tauranga market. Drinks and nibbles are being provided by Harcourts and have been made possible by the support of TPIA member Les Geraghty. This was a very popular event in 2015 so mark it in your calendars now!

“Many people claim that housing has never been less affordable and that it is an impossible dream for today's young people”, says Andrew King, Executive Officer of the NZ Property Investors’ Federation. “While these well-meaning people believe they are standing up for young first home buyers, they may in fact be doing them a disservice.”
