Grant Neagle, Director and tax adviser at Ingham Mora will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the entity types available with case studies that many of our members will be able to relate to. Following that Jen Ruffley, Trust Director at Ingham Mora will speak specifically around the effectiveness of trusts and if they are still a valid ownership vehicle. Jen will also provide some case studies and time for Q&A at the end.
