New Start Time: Doors open at 6:30 PM, and the main event begins promptly at 7:00 PM.

Mahé Drysdale, our newly elected Mayor of Tauranga, will be joining us to share his insights on the ongoing development work in the CBD and his vision for Tauranga’s future. Elected back in July 2024, Mahé has hit the ground running, and this is your chance to hear directly from him about what’s happening in our vibrant city.

After Mahé's talk, there’ll be plenty of time to connect and chat with other property investors and attendees.

New Year, New Venue
We’re thrilled to host this event at the Tauranga Club, one of our Gold sponsors and the new home for TPIA meetings!

  • Free parking is available in town after 5:30 PM, with plenty of spaces on a Monday evening.
  • Entry: From Devonport Road, head into Devonport Towers, walk down the hallway to the right of reception, and take the lift to Level 5.

Free for TPIA members
$40 for non-members

Don’t forget: We’ve moved to an earlier start time this year! Doors open at 6:30 PM, with the event starting promptly at 7:00 PM and wrapping up by 9:00 PM.
