Harry Lawson has been a professional landlord for 38 years, in that time co-founding the Hawkes Bay Property Investor's Association and founding the Auckland PIA and the Southland PIA. Bob Toomey from InstalWarmth will discuss what entitlements are available for insulating your home and rental properties. InstalWarmth is a Tauranga based insulation company that services the greater Bay of Plenty offering Insulation. InstalWarmth is Tauranga's largest service provider to the Energywise: Warm up New Zealand program. Liz Harris had amassed a property portfolio housing about 700 people in Christchurch - worth millions of dollars - when the big Christchurch earthquake struck. She lost about 130 tenancies that day and has more than 50 others under repair. Imagine her battle with the insurers and bureaucrats. |
